MICRO SHEARING

 

        The process of micro shearing is used to correct many manufacturing and
        installation related conditions.  This process also can be used to improve the
        appearance of rugs and carpet, which have change the appearance due to
        usage. 

•         Texture Variation

•         Uneven pile height   (Corrected by Micro shearing)

•         Sprouting

•         Excessive fuzzing

•         Fuzzing on wool looped carpet

•         High/low lines

•         J-cut

•         Peaking seams
