INSPECTIONS
We have been trained by Pergo, Formica,
Mannington
and various other laminate floor manufacturers to recognize
the manufacturing and installation related issues.
One of our inspectors, Irfan Murtaza has
written a book
on defects of Laminate floors, which is being used by
various manufacturers to identify problems and to resolve claims
Our job is to analyze the claim and report back to
the commissioner with our findings and proper suggestions
to resolve a claim.
